Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays). During high-demand periods, processing may take slightly longer. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.

Domestic Shipping (South Africa) We currently ship to all major areas within South Africa. Standard delivery typically takes 3–7 business days depending on your location. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address.

International Shipping We do not currently offer international shipping. We are working on expanding our delivery reach — stay tuned for updates.

Order Tracking Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.
